Kzoom is hiring a full-time, experienced, personable & creative Social Media Specialist to “advance the greatest causes” (our mission statement). Responsibilities: 

• Ability to create Social media posts/stories/shorts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and has a base understanding of the differences between each (sizing, timing, durations of video, usage of stories, reels, etc.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and changing between company pages and personal pages.
• Analyze current social media marketing of a potential client, and summarize a report/audit to present to them recommendations.
• Ability to understand brand guidelines and create content that adheres to each client’s brand & values.  Capable of speaking to target audiences on the correct platforms.
• Ability to create written content for posts, with hashtags/SEO strategy in mind.
• Competent in creating longer range strategic plans for social media 3-6 months in advance, and the ability to use scheduling programs.
• Understanding of data analysis to create monthly reports of impact
• Enjoys networking events and representing the Kzoom brand
• Interest or ability in photography with professional equipment and editing software as well as on phone.
• Interest or ability in recording/editing video
• Enjoys client interaction in person and through written communication
• FUN, friendly personality that loves creating posts that interact and entertain, sometimes by being on camera as well!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• Graphic Design expertise with software such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and/or Canva
• Full understanding of all social media platforms
• Must be able to juggle multiple client needs simultaneously
• Optional but not required:  ability to run digital ads through socials

• Salary $40,000-$55,000 Based on experience

Responsibilities: 

• Design modern web designs that meet client’s goals with best UX/UI practices in mind.
• Construct websites on visual web builders (Elementor, Divi, or Breakdance)
• Utilize a variety of software applications such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members working in the following areas: Marketing, SEO, Copywriting, and Multimedia for the fulfillment of project deliverables.
• Manage our full service marketing client’s design needs including, but not limited to, landing pages, digital advertisements, branding elements, and more.
• Stay up to date with design trends and maintain design excellence. 
• Present new ideas to improve the website design experience for current and future clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Website Design, UX/UI Design, or related field preferred but not required. Micro or Nano Degrees in web or design fields are acceptable.
• 1 year minimum experience in a digital design field preferred but not required. (Graphics, UX, or Web) 
• Knowledge of Adobe design applications (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience with Visual Website Builders (Elementor, Divi, or Webflow) preferred but not required.
• Experience with the WordPress UI preferred but not required. 
• Knowledge of responsive website best practices.
• Must be willing and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time and keep up consistent client communication.
• Attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn as the web evolves.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript basics would be beneficial.
• Any experience with E-commerce websites would be beneficial.

Are you a creative and talented videographer/editor looking to join a dynamic team?

Responsibilities: 

• Record videos in studio and on location.
• Operate all production equipment, including video, audio and lighting. 
• Plan video shoots with Kzoom’s creative team and/or the client.
• Edit footage in post-production, and communicate with clients for revisions.
• Maintain professional organization with physical equipment as well as digital file management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere).
• Interpersonal skills for successful communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio and video equipment.
• Animation and/or livestream experience are a plus.
